1. Who we are

Dubai Car Import is operated by AutoSeeker. [Registered name, address, company number and VAT ID to be added.]

2. The service

A subscription to software that aggregates vehicle listings from supported UAE sources, compares them with European market listings and produces cost and margin estimates. Optional services (inspections, managed sourcing) are contracted separately.

3. Subscription and billing

€97 per month, billed monthly in advance in EUR. Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout where applicable to your country and business status. [Payment provider, renewal date logic and failed-payment handling to be added.]

4. Renewal and cancellation

5. Estimates are not guarantees

Market comparisons, landed-cost estimates and margins are estimates based on available data and your inputs. They are not guaranteed prices, tax assessments, resale values or profits. You remain responsible for verifying costs, taxes and vehicle condition before buying.

6. Third-party listings

Listings come from third-party sources and may be inaccurate, outdated or withdrawn. Marketplace names and logos belong to their owners; no partnership or endorsement is implied.
